1. Serve as the head of the DMPK department, leading DMPK-related activities including ADME, in vivo PK, PKPD modeling, and isotope imaging. Participate in the scientific and operational management as well as strategic planning of the DMPK department. Responsible for the daily business operations, talent development, and team culture promotion within the DMPK business unit;

2. Responsible for guiding the design, execution, data analysis, and interpretation of PK studies. Provide preclinical and translational medicine DMPK results to support lead optimization, candidate drug selection, and IND-enabling studies;

3. Utilize PKPD modeling approaches, based on preclinical data, to predict human PK and be responsible for designing preclinical and clinical DMPK study protocols;

4. Ensure close collaboration with relevant internal departments, Business Development (BD), and Project Management (PM). Provide technical consultation, resolve technical and operational issues, and promote business development. Responsible for communication and collaboration with partners regarding all aspects of DMPK studies.

1. Ph.D. in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Drug metabolism or Pharmacokinetics, with 10+ years of industrial experience in DMPK;

2. A recognized track record in the area of DMPK/ADME; excellent knowledge in ADME/Enzymology/Drug Transporters; knowledge of how to couple data to optimization/selection of drug candidates, both in discovery and development;

3. A recognized track record and hands-on experience of leading and understanding drug metabolism and pharmacokinetics in vitro and in vivo studies, including human PK prediction, DDI prediction and mechanistic understanding to support late-stage programs;

4. Understanding of PKPD and, preferably, PBPK modeling. Perform human PK projection based on preclinical data and using PKPD modeling approaches;

5. Experience with managing studies conducted at CROs. Experience in small-molecule Oncology drug discovery is preferred;

6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

1. Participate in the design of deep learning algorithms related to proteins, such as models for structure modeling, protein design, molecular dynamics simulation, and function prediction;

2. Assist in preliminary data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature extraction for algorithm development;

3. Collaborate with medicinal chemistry design teams to design and participate in AI-driven experimental validation;

4. Track the latest research trends in computer-aided drug design, introduce, apply, and develop new computational methods or workflows, and rapidly apply and iterate relevant methods.

1. Ph.D. in Computational Biology, Structural Bioinformatics, Computer-Aided Drug Design, Computational Chemistry/Pharmacy, or a related field/background; preference given to candidates with experience in AI algorithm R&D for protein design or protein structure prediction;

2. Familiar with a broad range of machine learning and deep learning models/algorithms with reasonable breadth, including but not limited to Python, PyTorch, Transformer, CNN, GCN;

3. In-depth understanding of the principles behind AlphaFold series models, ProteinMPNN, RFdiffusion, and other AI models; practical experience in parameter tuning or model modification/application is preferred;

4. Ability to conduct independent scientific research; highly passionate about work and willing to take on challenging projects;

5. Proficient in reading and writing Chinese and English scientific literature; and possess good coordination, communication, and teamwork skills.

1. Client Prospecting/Management: Identify and develop potential partners globally for pipeline assets through various collaboration models such as licensing and co-development;

2. Project Value Articulation: Deeply understand the scientific details of R&D projects, accurately distill core differentiating advantages, and translate them into compelling commercial narratives;

3. Professional Material Development: Independently author and produce various professional and high-quality business development materials, including but not limited to Project Briefs and Pitch Decks;

4. Global Communication & Liaison: Responsible for day-to-day business communication with potential international partners conducting correspondence, meeting arrangements, and follow-ups proficiently in English to ensure professional and efficient communication;

5. Process Coordination & Project Advancement: Actively participate in the full business development cycle, including CDA discussion, Term Sheet negotiation, Due Diligence material preparation/coordination, and supporting Definitive Agreement negotiations.

1. Ph.D. degree in Pharmacy, Biology, Medicine, or a related field;

2. Fluent in English for business communication, capable of independently conducting overseas meetings, email correspondence, and material preparation;

3. Strong business negotiation, logical reasoning, communication, teamwork, and stress management skills; fast learner able to adapt to a fast-paced work environment;

4. Minimum 3 years of relevant BD experience, with deep involvement in the full process of license-in/out projects; overseas work or study experience preferred.

1. Define the strategic direction for medicinal chemistry R&D and lead the discovery strategy for innovative molecular glue drugs; participate in the company's R&D pipeline layout, ensuring projects are highly aligned with corporate strategic goals;

2. Lead the medicinal chemistry team through the entire R&D process from target validation to the identification of Preclinical Candidate Compounds (PCCs); Drive compound structure optimization, drug-like properties assessment, and patent drafting to mitigate technical risks; Promote the application and implementation of new technologies and platform development;

3. Collaborate closely with biology, CMC and clinical teams, to accelerate project transition into clinical stages; Coordinate external CRO/CDMO resources to ensure efficient progress in synthetic route development and IND application.

1. Ph.D. in Medicinal Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field; Overseas study experience is preferred; Over 8-10 years of experience in innovative drug R&D, with at least 3 years in a medicinal chemistry team leadership/management role; Must have hands-on experience leading the discovery and optimization of at least one project to the PCC stage; Successful IND application experience is highly desirable;

2. Deep expertise in the entire medicinal chemistry process: target analysis, lead compound design, structure-activity relationship (SAR) studies, lead optimization for drug-like properties, and preclinical development; Proficient in Computer-Aided Drug Design (CADD); Familiar with synthetic route design and process development; Knowledgeable in Drug Metabolism and Pharmacokinetics (DMPK), Toxicology, and Druggability Assessment methods;

3. Strategic mindset with the ability to develop R&D pipeline plans and drive cross-functional collaboration; Capable of quickly identifying compound development risks and proposing effective solutions; Proven talent in building and mentoring teams, and establishing efficient R&D processes and an innovative culture; Familiar with global trends in drug discovery, with experience leading international collaborative projects or academic exchanges being advantageous.

Manage and implement medicinal chemistry activities within new drug R&D projects, encompassing the entire drug discovery process including design and decision-making for small molecule drugs, computer-aided drug design (CADD) studies, structure-activity relationship (SAR) analysis, compound screening and optimization, development of overall chemical synthesis strategies, patent novelty searches, and resolving other key technical challenges;

2. Manage and oversee external chemistry resources to efficiently advance project development;

3. Participate in the initiation and management of new drug R&D projects, providing professional medicinal chemistry evaluation;

4. Track international innovative discovery and optimization platforms/technologies, stay updated on the latest industry trends, and provide professional information support for projects.

2. Experience in compound design and screening related to molecular glue degrader drug discovery; preference given to candidates with experience from target identification through to the nomination of preclinical candidate compounds;

3. Proficient in small molecule SAR analysis, DMPK analysis and optimization; solid foundation in biology; skilled in using computational chemistry software such as MOE;

4. Strong organizational, coordination, and team leadership skills; preference given to candidates with team management experience.
